For anyone unfamiliar with Petaluma, it’s really a nice little city. It’s a little too big to call a town, but it’s still a little small to call a metropolitan area. Its all kind of fuzzy, really.  Its just seems like yesterday I was not so hooked, and now I can't go a full day without a fix.

A while back, along a jogging trail the city put together, a couple of beavers moved in and set up shop.

Gym challenge was slated to begin Monday. Saturday night I was throwing up and now I am fighting a horrendous head cold (which apparently has been going around at work). 

I wish I had more to say on the subject. Simply put, I am hoping with a little rest I can still get in the 4 workouts before Saturday comes to a close.
